A design based oncreativity, comfort and efficiency

It is comfortable working space.
The days when an office was a cold, grey and uninviting space that you wish you could avoid will soon be long gone as even smaller countries like Romania are beginning to understand that the key to a perfect office interior is balance. This is the [e-spres-oh] office, a project from Timișoara, Romania. It was  designed by our friends, Ezzo Design and the main focus here was to create a work environment that would feel inviting, comfortable and beautiful and where employees could be productive.

The idea behind the project was to maximize not only productivity but also creativity. This space was designed as a studio where software developers working here can come to brainstorm, relax and to come up with new ideas for improving their efficiency. Although it’s an office, this space feels very warm, inviting and relaxing.

It’s framed in wood and decorated with industrial pendant lights and other chic elements. In reality, the office covers 3 floors and it includes a café, a lounge and an actual office.

The office where employees get to work most of the time is situated on the first floor and it has wooden desks made of pallets. A conference room can be found on the same level. The second floor reveals a lounge designed for relaxation. It has large windows and it’s very bright and warm. It’s organized around a central area designed for meditation.

The third level is the attic. It has a very unusual ceiling that reminds us of a spider web and a spiral staircase. Recycled materials have been used here as well in order to create a cohesive look along with the rest of the office areas. The color palette throughout the office is simple and elegant, based on natural shades and browns and this makes the spaces feel warm and cozy.

Brass decor, floral patterns, oriental accessories, accent walls and animal prints are all fashion; but you couldn’t incorporate them into one room, could you?
